What a partner receives

What one integration covers — game integration, settlement data, the operations console and technical support. What is standard and what is separate, set out here.

Four parts

Not sold separately; they come together in one contract.

Integration API

One spec, two modes

The only spec you implement is ours. Per-vendor differences and spec changes are absorbed on our side.

  • Seamless and Transfer both supported
  • One spec for launch, bet and settlement
  • No partner code changes when a vendor is added
  • Sandbox environment, provided before signing

Game Control Console

Controlled from one screen

Change visibility and policy yourself, without a separate request to each vendor.

  • Per-game visibility on and off
  • Bet limits and policy by country and currency
  • Player and transaction lookup
  • Role-based accounts and access records

Settlement & Reports

One settlement format

Report cycles and line items that differ by vendor, mapped onto a single schema. The reconciliation work disappears.

  • Daily, weekly and monthly settlement data
  • Report files and API queries
  • Discrepancies against vendor ledgers flagged
  • Totals by currency and by vendor

Onboarding & Support

We help you connect it, too

A dedicated contact through the integration period, and a 24-hour incident channel once you are live.

  • Dedicated contact during integration
  • Docs, sample code, test scenarios
  • 24-hour incident intake
  • Spec changes announced in advance

How it goes

From enquiry to live. The sandbox comes at the first step.

  1. Enquiry and review

We go through your platform structure and the vendors you need. Sandbox account and docs are handed over at this step.

  2. Contract

Integration scope, settlement cycle and response standards written into the contract as numbers.

  3. Integration and testing Typically 2–4 weeks

Your engineers integrate against the spec and GG Labs verifies it with test scenarios.

  4. Live and running

Monitoring and settlement data start with launch. After that, adding a vendor is a switch in the console.

Frequently asked

The four that come up in every first meeting.

Can it be added to a platform already running?

Yes. If your wallet structure is hard to change, start on Transfer and move to Seamless later. On switching, vendor integrations stay as they are and only callbacks are added on your side.

Does adding a vendor mean development work again?

None on your side. GG Labs integrates the new vendor and you switch it on in the console. Commercial terms follow the scope clause in the contract.

How does settlement work?

GG Labs consolidates per-vendor settlement data into one format. The cycle is set at contract, and you can take it as report files or over the API.

How long does integration take?

It depends on your engineering resource, but typically 2–4 weeks. Because the sandbox and test scenarios come first, most of that window is your own implementation time.
